The Most Important Decision you can make is accepting the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour!  Acts 4:11,13 says Jesus Christ is the only name under Heaven by which we must be saved.  Romans 10:13 says, "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord."  Matthew 11:28 says, "Come unto Me.."  How simple!  Do you want to be saved?  Simply call! He will answer (Jeremiah 33:3).  Jesus Christ came into the world to save Sinners (Luke 5:32 "I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance"). Are you a sinner? (Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God").   Jesus came to save you!  Yes U!  Believe 3 things!  Jesus died for you (I Corinthians 15:3), He was buried (John 19:40-42), and He rose again (I Corinthians 15:3)!  If you believe then you have Eternal life! John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." - Welcome to the Family! In your own words ask Jesus to save you!  It's done!  You are a blood bought sinner!
